While a trainee at ABC-TV, Tom independently made THE DANCING CLASS in 1964. It won the AFI's Best Film Award. It was selected for the Melbourne International Film Festival and all Australian Festivals. It also won the top award at the Commonwealth Film Awards in Edinburgh.
Tom Cowan later wrote, co-produced and directed six feature films, the first being The Office Picnic, selected for the Moscow and Bombay International Film Festivals. Promised Woman and Sweet Dreamers followed. His Journey Among Womenwon the AFI's Most Creative Feature Film Award in 1977. It was commercially highly successful as well as being a personal statement - running for 16 weeks in Sydney's George Street and selling in 26 countries. Tom met the Indian director Pattabhi Rama Reddy and was Director of Photography on his Samskara which won India's Best Feature (President's Award) and many international prizes including the Silver Lion at Locarno.
In India, Tom later co-wrote and directed the feature, Wild Wind (Chanda Maruta) in India. His feature film entitled Orange Love Story was a hit at the Melbourne International Film Festival in August 2004 and screened at the London Australian Film Festival.

Sarah de Possesse has a diverse background in theatre, film and video production.
For her breakout performance as Steph in Starting From… Now, she won Best Supporting Actress at the 2015 NYC Web Fest.
An Actors Centre Australia graduate, her screen credits include Pretend (2016), The Women Who Were Never There(2016), Open Wound (2015),
The Move (2013), and online series Atomic Kingdom (2014).
As a theatre and cabaret performer, her stage credits include Edgar's Girl, Titus Andronicus, Small Poppies, Bienvenue à Brelville, A Secret Place and Bustown.
Sarah is also a filmmaker, producer and founder of Catch That Wave Productions.

Jodie Dickinson is a photographer and cinematographer creating works that reflect the people and landscapes in her rural remote community. Jodie along with a small group of local women embarked on a journey in 2009 to create 'Big Jack Films' nestled in the hinterlands on the South Coast of NSW, making short films for and about their community. Their bio pic 'Hooping Mad' opened Flickerfest in 2014. Jodie is Director and Teacher of the Rocky Hall Preschool dedicated advocate for the children and families in her community with a love of animals and the environment, which is revealed in her works.
