Local Craftsman builds Exhibition Frames for
Life Class the Movie Touring Art Exhibition.

Greg Whitby from Pambula was asked to make mobile, demountable metal frames to be used to hang the artworks that were created in association with the making of the movie Life Class. It was filmed in 2013/14 in the Bega Valley with over 80% of cast and crew from the local area.

To promote the movie and a crowd funding venture the artworks will be touring in locations where the movie will be screening. People will be able to bid on the originals at www.galabid.com/lifeclassthemovie.

The touring art exhibition was launched in Bega on the 15th October 2016. At the end of the six to eight month tour the highest bider will purchase each original. People can purchase copies of the artworks and also merchandising incorporating the artworks. There are microfibre tea towels, lens cleaners, aprons, towels and cards.

Greg has sculptured the most amazing demountable mobile frames that can pack down to travel and assemble in minutes.

The Movie has its screening launch on Monday 24th October at The Picture Show Man in Merimbula. See the exhibition at Club Sapphire in Merimbula from Monday 24th to Thursday 27th October and then at Pambula Hall on 28th to 31st October 2016.
